Monotec 370

Monotec 370 offers heavy duty commercial grade knitted shade cloth that has been engineered to protect the Australian community from UV rays. It’s suitable and recommended for both residential and commercial shade covers given the below features taken into account in its design:

• It is made using 100% High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Round Yarn ensuring the fabric is moisture and rot resistant with Superior strength.
• It comes with a 10 year UV warranty including a remove and replace policy
• Heat set for extra stability and improved handling characteristics
• It does not require maintenance with its round HDPE construction it is mildew and mould resistant meaning it is self cleaning.
• Monotec 370 is best suited to commercial applications as it may carry creases for many years.

Atmosphere

Made of 73% PVC and 27% polyester, Atmosphere awning mesh is fire retardant, reduces heat and glare and blocks out 90% of harmful UV rays.

Used for both external and internal applications, this salt and mildew resistant fabric has a 5 year warranty and optimal visibility and breathability. 

Vistaweave

Vistaweave offers a range of unique characteristics when it comes to awnings. With its strength and durability Vistaweave is suitable for both residential and commercial use and is bound to provide you with shade protection for many years. It has the added benefit of transparency, which enables you to get shade without losing your view. Docril and Sunbrella Acrylic Canvas

We incorporate acrylic canvas into out Folding Arm Awnings fabric selection for its UV protection, waterproof capability, weather resistance, strength and durability. In particular Sunbrella acrylic canvas is supported by the Skin Cancer Foundation, as it is considered an aid in the prevention of sun-induced skin damage.

These acrylic canvases also provide you with a wide range of colours and designs so you can select the right awning that will visually enhance your home or office as well as provide that much needed weather protection.

Farrari Soltis

We use a Farrari Soltis awning fabric due to its specific design features of stability and weather resistance. This fabric is renowned for its thermal protection and its ability to create a heat shield making it ideal for Australian properties.

Farrari Soltis awning fabric withstands temperature swings from 30 degrees to 70 degrees and has also passed tests against strong winds. This high tech fabric has been purely designed to ensure it provides customers with a comfortable and ambient atmosphere admist Australia’s harsh climate.

Hiroaka

With a super smooth surface and anti-wick treatment, Hiraoka is easy to clean, is fire retardant and is backed by a 10 year warranty. Cutting out up to 90% of UV rays, this fabric is available in many colours and has a rich pigment that stands the test of time.

Hiraoka has an ease of application with its latest technology seaming and is also available in opaque white to reduce glare or control lighting conditions. .
