Custom Shade Structures

Custom designed, engineered and built structures for almost any purpose including street shade, promotional use or any other custom shade structure requirement.

A particular style of custom shade that we offer is the Half Barrel Structure, which has been purposely designed for car parks. The reason their design is so suited to car parks is they are cantilevered, meaning the poles are positioned at the front of the car park, allowing easy access without having the worry of hitting any poles either side. It is suitable for both residential and commercial car parks as they are available in any size from 1 car space onwards.

Half Barrel Shade Structures have a 5.5m projection with 800mm of fabric remaining behind the legs of the structure and is installed using concrete footings for permanent use. The projection has allowed for weather protection when you may be putting groceries away or getting kids in and out of the car. I think we’ve all experience getting rained on when trying to get the groceries in, so this has been designed to make life that bit easier.

These Custom Made Shade Structures are made from a galvanized or powder coated steel structure and your choice of shade cloth or PVC. All these fabrics incorporate strong components of UV protection and durability to withstand the weather conditions they are subjected to.

	Comshade 90 Fabric Comshade is a  heavy duty knitted shade cloth designed for large tension membrane shade structures.
	Commercial 95 Fabric Commercial 95 shade cloth has been developed specifically for use in tension structures and shade awnings.
	Monotec 370 Fabric The Monotec 370 series has been especially designed and developed for Shade Structures and Sails and the true 90% cover factor, makes it suitable for use for either domestic or commercial applications. Note Monotec 370's range of fluro colours for schools and play areas.
	Valmex Fabric Waterproof PCV fabric
	Hiraoka PVC Fabric Waterproof PCV fabric, ideal for: Small Tension Structures - Shade Sails - Awnings - Umbrellas - Modular Tents - Exhibition Structures

Our custom shade structures include:

• Building permits
• An engineering certification if required
• Installation

Warranty

Yarra Shade includes:

• a 1 year warranty on installation and
• a 5 year warranty against fabric deterioration.

Please note that Yarra Shade Co warranties do not cover wind and weather damage.
