Yarra Shade’s outdoor Alfresco umbrellas are custom made to suit your outdoor area, making them ideal for commercial use. Yarra Shade uses a high quality PVC or shade cloth to ensure your outdoor umbrella is not only effective at protecting patrons from the rain but also to ensure they add aesthetic value and atmosphere to your outdoor area.

This makes them particularly perfect for:

They are square in shape and can be made from either waterproof PVC or shade cloth making them ready for lights, heaters and speakers to give your outdoor area that extra atmosphere. Yarra Shade outdoor Alfresco umbrellas can be supported with either a centre pole or a cantilever side or corner pole depending on what will be most applicable to your outdoor space. For maximum weather protection and to ensure longevity in our outdoor umbrellas, we use powder coated or hot dip galvanized sheet frames with 316 marine grade stainless fittings as required.

Our outdoor umbrellas can also be constructed in the form of a gazebo, by placing a pole in each corner. This would be ideal if your seeking complete weather protection, as we can then fit outdoor blinds to the sides of your gazebo, which can be rolled down when required.

Things to consider when installing outdoor Alfresco Umbrellas

We can fit Alfresco outdoor umbrellas to an existing reinforced concrete slab that is 150mm thick and at least or greater than 2m². If you do not already have a concrete slab that meets these requirements, we will excavate a footing and concrete poured for a new one. Our installers will then return at a later to bolt your outdoor umbrella to the concrete slab. If you require a concrete slab your installation costs may be more.

• a 1 year warranty for protection against installation failures and
• a further 5 year warranty for fabric deterioration and failures.
